THE PERSON BEHIND BRACKERTECH
I’m Bryan Devan, the person behind BrackerTech. I enjoy keeping up with technology, understanding how things work, and finding ways to make everyday work easier. BrackerTech brings together my own projects in AI, business software and online publishing.
My background spans drafting, design engineering, manufacturing engineering and engineering systems management. That work has grown into building business applications, connecting systems and using automation to improve how information moves through a business. Whether it’s a production drawing, a manufacturing process or a software tool, I’m interested in how an idea becomes something people can actually use.
Today, I work as an AI Solutions Manager at Vogelsang USA. My professional experience includes custom software development, business process improvement, and connecting systems such as ERP and Salesforce. I work with people to understand the problems they face and find practical ways software and AI can help.
With Brenda’s Desk, I’m bringing that approach to business reception and customer follow-up. I’m building an AI receptionist that can answer questions, collect useful details and save requests in a workspace where staff can take the next step. The conversation matters, and so does what happens after the call.
OutdoorsAdventures4U brings another side of my interests into the picture. It’s an SEO-focused outdoor information site that I’ve built to run nearly autonomously, using AI and automation to do much of the ongoing work. Its purpose is to help people find useful information about places to explore, outdoor activities and time on the water. It’s also a practical example of how I’m applying AI to build and operate an online project.
I enjoy boating and being out on the water, so the outdoor side has a personal connection for me. BrackerTech gives me room to bring those interests together: building useful tools, exploring what AI can do, and creating things that help people in their work and everyday lives.
